Reservación list tickets

Good afternoon to all of you.

My friend and I were waiting for our reservation list ticket and we got a valid link from wacken open Air. Nevertheless, we could not do anything but wait till today to use that link to purchase the ticket as we needed to get some cash beforehand and we just had a payment recieved.

To our surprise the link was not valid any more!

Why is this? can we get our tickets elsewhere?

Maybe there is a customer support you can send an email to help you with that, if it fails browse the flea market section on the forum, there is a lot of tickets for sales and cheaper than what you would normally pay

How much time did you leave in between?
Could be that it had to be used within a few days!
