There're so many good ones. Flammkuchen is great (hint for Quark: it's without cheese). I really like spinach pizza too.
If I'm supposed to put stuff on one myself it would be tomatosauce, salami or gyros, red pepper, onions feta and loads of cheese (gouda). In case of gyros I'd eat tzaziki with it

Don't know if it is really the same, but it is at least meat!
I think shoarma is typically Dutch. I can't even find it here in Belgium! (except here in Neerpelt, but there are a lot of Dutch here so....

It is beef meat (or pig meat but as it is done by muslims, they can't use porcs)

Maybe in Schenefeld, but not in the rest of the world, and especially not in the Netherlands. There it's served solo with vegetables through it, and (lots of) garlick sauce!
