Hello there,

I cannot go to the Wacken 2019 due to personnal situation and I still have my Wacken ticket. Can I get a refund somewhere ? Can I exchange it to another fan for money ?
How to avoid selling it on the black market ?

Please help me, I'm away after the 28th of June.
I'm French btw.

You can sell it in the FLEA MARKET section, at face value (plus your own P&P)
After you closed the deal, you can send it by (registrated) mail through La Poste.
There is NO refund possible though.

Tu peux le vendre dans la sectoin FLEA MARKET, contre son valeur facial (plus tes frais de port).
Si tout s'est conclu, tu peux l'envoyer par La Poste comme lettre (recommandée).
Un remboursement n'est desormais pas possible !
