It seems that russianpost has finally lost my tickets.
11 days ago the shipment left the last customs in Saint-Petersburg and sunk into oblivion.
Now they request for the original shipment order (which, of course, also should be sent from Germany through russianpost). Faggots!!!

Fortunately i've got my shipments today. 3 days before they should gone back to Germany.
Details:
Target post office (office1) does not process the international shipments. So, they were delivered to another one (office2) which does. Then office1 send a notification to office2 and office2 must notify me that I should take my shipments in office1. Those notifications were lost twice between office1 and office2.
The most cranky thing is that my workplace (actually the target address of shipments) is situated on the same street between office1 and office2.
So, they're double faggots!
Fortunately i've got my shipments today. 3 days before they should gone back to Germany.

The fact that I've finally got my tickets took place exclusively due to my investigation. I've been used to have a chain of calls with about 6 post offices and 10 persons trying to find my shipment.
If I'll wait 3-4 days more, the undelivered shipment gone back to sender.
