Right Now is 12.08h local time (19.08h Germany time), there are 999 users online and i didn't see any update...

Nobody seems to know. Some of the bands make sense like Gamma Ray and Doro who already self-confirmed, and others are ones that there have been rumours about. But I honestly hope that isn't the big annoucement we've been waiting for.

They've really lost the plot this year. A lacklustre lineup and dragging the announcements stupdly slow, promising a big announcement and then looking like its that...some ok bands who play every few years and some dire bands to boot. Poor.

Even my tiny country this year apparently has 3/4 metal festivals with already better line-ups than wacken... and one only have 2 bands yet confirmed... im so pissed off...

If those really are the big announcements... Well fuck Wacken. Party San here I come. No shitty 20th anniversary, but just what you expect from Party San. I think Wacken really lost it this year, if it stays like this I'm either selling my ticket and going to a different festival or go this year but skip next year unless a big improvement in bands comes along.

I hope that's not the big announcement. Personally, I'm not highly disappointed because Enslaved is on there and I've been dying to see them for years, but for one that caused so much hype the server has been flooded for the past two and half hours it is a bit on the weak side. To top it off the announcement isn't even on the main page.

There also is a few months to go as well.
