CD player is a very good idea, except CDs are much heavier than mp3s

Just think,you'll listen to the CD's you bought there while you're there.
Energizer makes a battery powered Ipod charger. I bought one yesterday at Target for 30 bucks. No need to worry about pluging anything in.
my mp3 player (30gb microsoft zune) could probably last traveling to and from wacken (from and back to england) but i dont wanna risk losing it which could always happen to im just bring Lemmy's autobiography to read instead

Good idea. I can't use something like that for a Creative Zen, though. It's only for you iPod people
Perhaps I'll just have to wait until after Wacken... I probably won't listen to it while at the festival! Maybe if I go to a hostel on the last day of the festival I can shower and recharge.
