Check out Metal Militia from the US, they are being called the children of Slayer . These guys are getting alot of attention in the states for their thrash speed metal and a whole new generation is being introduced to the power of metal. Although these guys are younger than most bands out touring they have played the Milwaukee Metal Fest and will be playing March 8th at March Metal Meltdown with Overkill, Nile, Deicde, Symphony X and many other great bands (www.metalfest.com) and will be performing at other fest throughout the year.
