In the current issue of "Der Spiegel" (issue 28) there is a small article about the drug policy of Schleswig-Holstein (the northernmost part of germany, everything north of Hamburg, including Wacken ofcourse) which says that the current limit is 30g. However, it will not last long since next week they want to change the limit to 6g.

Be aware that other parts of germany have different limits, Hamburg for example has a 10g limit at the moment.

At a UK music festival if you got found with a personal amount it'd be confiscated and you'd get told to move on, perhaps a verbal warning... That's about as much as I've ever heard happen to someone. 'Bout the same situation for Wacken?

Also I'm flying so bringing it is out the question, but if I mission about the campsite on the wednesday night a bit I won't have any trouble scoring a quarter or so will I? (that's 7 grams-ish according to google...) Didn't have much trouble at Download Festival...

Never really tried that but I guess it would hurt to. You'll probably get "told off" by some and they'll tell you to drink beer instead.

the prevailing rate should be something like 50-60 euro then?
