Stilistisch ordnet sich KRANKHEIT im Dark-Industrial-Metal ein.
Die Band bezeichnet ihre Musik mit den Worten: hart, melodisch, düster, krank. Charakteristisch für den Stil der Band ist es, alte Stücke und Melodien vergangener Epochen (Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms u.a.) wieder auferstehen zu lassen und diese mit dem KRANKHEIT-Sound zu vereinigen.
