I have question about Iced Earth. I was very disappointed that their show was cancelled last year (I know that's not your fault) and replaced by such poor band like Twisted Sister.
Iced Earth cancelled European tour (but only European) due to Jon Schaffer's health problems. Is there any chance that they will play this year?
I have to agree with someone who posted here earlier that list of confirmed band (so far) is the worst since years. Except Dio and few other bands there is nothing interesting... (I hope it will change soon - it's going to be anniversary festival !!!). Iced Earth is the band only for which I can drive like last year 1000 km to see them.
I still consider going to Wacken. I hope that bandlist will be better because I'm not sure that it's now worth going so many kilometers from Cracow :/ Situation will change defintely when Iced Earth is confirmed :) (Demons&Wizards will be even more interesting :) )
Seeing IE is my dream, but there are other bands which won't be bad to see like
Exodus
Dickinson solo
Seven Witches
Virgin Steele
Voivod
Agent Steel
more classic metal bands

Bye,
I wish you more and better bands this year :D

Yes, I know but in my humble opionion most of them aren't hmm 'stars' for _special_ and _anniversary_ edition :)
Billing in 2002 was ideal for anniversary :)
Anyway is there any chance for Iced Earth?
