10 months militaryservice in Boden (north of sweden). Starting June next year.

I will miss Wacken.. gaaaahh

Should i consider suicide? Maybe if i shoot my self in the leg.. ?

Man kan nu alltid fixa frisedel.
Polare ringde helt enkelt upp dem och beställde en ny tid hos psykiatrikern.
Sen satt han där och berättade att han hade mardrömmar om lumpen och inte trodde att han skulle klara det där.
Sen fick han en massa sjuka frågot om han brukade tänka på att ta livet av sig och så, emn efter att ha ljugit lagom mycket behvöde han sen inte göra lumpen...

I think military service stopped in the UK in 1969... so I missed it by a good few years

Well guys, I think the first three months of military service that I already left behind me made me change my...hmm...I don't know...just changed me in some ways and hey I really think about staying there for 12 more YEARS...

I did just short of a year of military service in the swedish air force. I didn't want to do it, but I could choose between this or jail for six months, so why not?

I'm not a pacifist or anything, but spending a year of ones life in the late teens/early twenties shooting and playing war just seem stupid...

And the "salary" you get, for the first 7 months you get about €4 per day! They might have raised it now, but that's what I got back in -95...

Nowadays in the german army you have a salary of about 7€ something/per day for the whole ten months - execpt you stay for a longer time...

hm... in germany you can choose between military- or socialservice. i´ll do socialserve (maybe i can´t get to WOA 03... ), but i think i get more money *ss* something around 15€/day... but i have to take a flat, so i think it´s +-0...
