How slow are Metaltix?

Iordered my Xmas package over a month ago.

I know they only now started sending them out, but how long does it usually take them to send out all their backorders?

cos your in the US...maybe june, who knows....their not that reliable for delivery, apparently...

Outside Germany you usually get them for christmas, at least that's what I've heard from people living in Europe.

Last year I had some awful experiences with Metaltix. I ordered my xmas package in october, and I never received it. Besides, when I ordered a plain ticket in february, they sent me 2 tickets instead of one (and I had to pay for both of them).

And I can't remember how many complaining e-mails I sent them......

My only experience with Metalix was good. I live in Canada and I receive my Wacken Ticket in 10 days I think.

Last year I ordered my ticket and recieved it very quickly. Its just that this time, I haven't gotten any reply from them, and still no ticket, no nothing.

I went through Nuclear Blast earlier this this year for my Wacken tix because I heard shitty things about MetalTix.

Last year it took over a month to Norway, but I got it all...

I emailed Metaltix and they said they sent out my package on the 24th of Oct.

We'll see when I get it.

I got my ticket and shirt today! I only ordered it 3 months ago of course...... but YEAH anyway!!!!!!
I'm lucky it was all there becuase by the time it got to my post office it was all torn open and the cd or ticket could have fallen right out. Praise the metal gods!
