We're showing up in Hamburg on the 28th and staying at Hotel Stern until the 31st when were allowed to check in with our press passes.

Are there many fun places to visit around that area. I understand that the Reeperbahn has a lot of nightlife around it.

We'll be arriving at hamburg on July 29 and stay one night before going to wacken the following day. our hotel will be at Schanzenstern Altona and Altan on August 04 - 06.

Hotel Stern is right ON the Reeperbahn, which is nightlife ridden and in walking distance to the headbangers ballroom.

Schanzenstern Altona is also walking distance (15 mn walk from Instant Sleep to Reeperbahn).
