I wouldn't, because so few places outside of the big cities take them. No one at any of the service plazas would take them from me, and finally, I had to beg the manager of a restaurant in the town of Wacken to take mine, even though they were in Euros, not US$. For Wacken, they're more trouble than they are worth.
