Bring your own medication with you for your health's sake. It might be possible that 'your' medication does not exist in Germany. There are others of course. But to prevent is better than to cure.

I have allergies as well and would die without my Reactin...definitely bring your meds if you have allergies...you'd think you wouldn't notice while drunk but actually when you're drunk and overheated and all that shit somehow it just gets worse

Meh, not necessarily. In my experience I've had problems whether raining or not, depending on if its humid when its raining. While there might be the odd time with "ideal allergy weather", it never seems to last, so I would recommend him bringing his medication no matter what.
