I was trying to find it to when I was in Sweden so send to my father but I couldn't find any :(

So I sent him some jam, dill potato chips (I WOULD KILL FOR A PACKET RIGHT NOW!) and the hot apple and cinammon drink sold as powder.

And I fell in love with Swedish meatballs...found some recipes on the net and made it for my father..he was drooling LOL
But I had to serve it with cranberry because we don't have to berry you usually serve it with

Well, some air planes it's actually illegal to carry on "surströmming" on board :D

The berry you want is "lingon" which translates to "lingonberry" in my swedish to english book.

Just got me thinking about my mom's home made lingonberry jam, it's so wonderful.
