German words and english man needs to know.

Right, I need to know some basic german read for next year.
I'd like to know some basic words, that anyone traveling to a foreign country should know, such as...
"Which way is (The beer tent/the loos/The other beer tent)?"
"Want to come back to my tent? I have beer there."
"Out the way, I need to puke"
"Beer"
"Vodka"
"Tequila"
Etc etc.
Any other phrases/words I need to know?

"Which way is (The beer tent/the loos/The other beer tent)?" = Wo ist (das Bierzelt/die Toilette/das andere Bierzelt)?
"Want to come back to my tent? I have beer there." = Willst du zu meinem Zelt? Ich habe Bier.
"Out the way, I need to puke" = Ich muss kotzen!
"Beer" = Bier
"Vodka" (same)
"Tequila" (same)

How do I get to (the station, the festival area)? = Wie komme ich zu (dem Bahnhof or zum Bahnhof/dem Festivalgelände or zum Festivalgelände)

I've tried that one, wortks wonders if you add "Pass auf!" as well so:

Pass auf! Ich muss motzen!


Sort of:

Look out, I've gotta puke!


(might not be correctly spelled, but hey, they'll get it I think )

also you can say
"Willst du mit zu meinen Zelt zurück? Ich hab noch Bier."

There are always different types how to say it.

I've tried that one, wortks wonders if you add "Pass auf!" as well so:

Pass auf! Ich muss motzen!


Sort of:

Look out, I've gotta puke!


(might not be correctly spelled, but hey, they'll get it I think )

It should be spelled:
"Pass auf, ich muss kotzen!"


motzen = to grumble
(got that from a dictionary )

Well my advice is to buy those traveller's german dictionary, I've done that a couple of years ago and worked for me =)

Best of lucks with your German practice I'll have to refresh my memory as well!

Well, if you can speak Engish, everyone (+-) will understand you. Except for the "puke" thing, translation takes its time and it might be to late when the wrong person understood it at last...
