Gear advice.

Right I need to get some new gear this year after some mishaps and I need an opinion on what size rucksack to aquire.








also on a different note, anyone know when the 2005 dvd will be released?

the size of your rucksack depends on what you put in it ofcourse...

I have no idea when the DVD will be released

just the usual stuff, clothes, spare footwear, tent, sleeping bag, essentials, possibly inflatable matress too depending on weight limits.

if your driving, pack stuff...like Thordis did

and it depends how long youll be staying.. there are local shops. buts its always crowded

but a tent, clothes for about 5 days (max)
and theres only fizzy water for washing

CLEAN SOCKS!!! one pair a day i got through..
sleeping mat..cos the ground gets hard in the summer
and it might rain ... so get a goood tent

regarding what to take with you to a festival? or regarding rucksack sizes?

well...no!


the size depends on what you're going to take with you...I never put my tent and sleeping bag inside my rucksack, so I don't need a very large one.

My rucksack (bagpack or whatever, OK rugzak) is about the size of 3 pair of jeans, 5 pieces of underwear, 4 t-shirts, 5 pair of socks, 24 cans of 0.50l of Jupiler, a tent (outside), a sleeping bag, a matras (outside), a camping chair (outside), a battery to load my mobile phone, the connection wires to load my phone, (2 extra for my other mobiles) and some stuff I need everytime, like e.g. my ID-card, my train ticket etc. And if too warm, my jacket as well.
