Like Wolfi said, it's gonna be on camp gound "L".
L is however a large part of the camping, but the forum camp will most likely be the closest part on L to the entrance of the festival area.
Look for a few party tents put together and a lot of people talking funny english, since it's more or less the language used when there are so many different nationalities around
Last year I think there were a small board that said "Forum Camp" or something too.
