Last year I had the same cheap brand but bigger and yes, the water came in if you touched it, that's why this time I covered it in waterproofer.
But the one I had last year was 2 layers - this is only one!

guys, just for info - I´ve lost my mobile phone few days ago, and so I have to use my old one again - which means that the battery won´t last the whole Wacken - if I´m unlucky you won´t be able to reach me by phone after wednesday or so
