Depends on which one you're talking about.

My current one - the meat of carnivorous animals is usually pretty nasty. Anyone who's eaten bear (or human) will testify to this. So I prefer to eat the meat of herbivores, like cows, chicken, pigs, deer, elk, caribou, giraffes, elephants, etc..

Except alligator meat is really tasty. Don't know how to explain that one.
