Actually, I thought their first album was kinda soft...I would've thought you'd like their most recent one best...it's definitely their heaviest.

Well, I think SAXON would be a good replacement. Other bands I have in mind are: THERION, KREATOR (i know the played last year!), IMMORTAL (I know the same!). CHILDREN OF BODOM are not bad, OPETH, etc...
