Early arrival.

Hello.
Me and my friend will arrive in Wacken sunday night, and we intend to enter the camping area as early as possible.
Last year we drove in about 0800 in the morning, is this possible this year too?
We need to get a place at the C-camp.

that's what lots of people do every year.
Though I read somewhere that the'll open at 3pm on monday this year...
I'll be trying to get in as early as possible too though

I am sorry for that. I will also make sure not to repeat my errors in any ways.
What I meant to say, we arrive in wacken late sunday 31. july,
and are planning to enter the camping area monday 1. august.
And at last, the question asked again, perhaps a bit more clearly;
How early will it be possible to enter the camping area monday 1.august?

I would really like to know this, as me and my buddy really would like a nice place in the middle of the c-camp as we had last year.
We arrive with a rather big caravan, and in 07,08 and 09 we were directed to
park at the y-camp.

Please, check the camping area maps and locate the y-camp, and you will indeed know why this issue bothers me so much.
Once, back in 09 my buddy got lost and spent in excess of six hours finding home. Neither him or me feel we need to repeat that.

And the festival opens on WEDNESDAY, not on Sunday.

Yes, I know that the festival opens wednesday, and not sunday.
I have known this fact for several years now.
Furthermore, in case you for some reason did not know, the festivalcamp opens monday, that is the day before tuesday which in turn is the day before the festival actually begins.

The reason why i want to be there early should be well enough explained in previous posts. Still, if some bit of information is missing, please let me know and i will explain it in great detail for anybody who wants it.

And one final explanation, Quark. Because of my travel route which includes ferry from a country several hours north of Denmark, i think it will be better to arrive late, late sunday night and stay some hours in Wacken before entering the festival camp as early as possible.
The ferry leaves my hometown when it wants, not when i want.

And now off to watch TNG, season two.
