Fair enough. However, I don't want to dig holes in the ground on the camping site, since people will inevitably step into them and hurt themselves.

From what I remember of the size of the self-cooling crate and your car, respectively, I'd say we should rather bring our luggage.

Still not too keen on digging trenches where people walk. I fell into two different ones myself two years ago. Ah, well, at least the beer is cold when you wake up (better clarify that: in the morning). I'll bring a pail anyway, in case there's a water supply somewhere in the vicinity. Ein Eimer.
