ARGH!!! help me!! roy where art thou???

my sound card is DEAD!!

ive got the drivers, everything.. ive rebooted. dont work.

it was working before i played a game..after, when i quit the game..it didnt work..
any tips or hints guys???

ive stood next to a few 1000++ watt speakers once...

DJ club...playing sepultura - roots... average song...wanted to go home... so i stood near the speaker..waiting for me mate..

another time...i was pushed into a huuuge speaker...probablt a few thousand watts..
couldnt give a shit about my ears...

If not remove the drivers, take it out, PC on and off , put the card back in, reboot and see if windows recognises it as new hardware - if not the card's fucked
