Cashless top up options ?

I read on the Cashless page, that top ups can be done in cash or with an EC/credit card.

Everyone outside of Germany does not have access to an EC card, please can you confirm that you will permit the use of Matercard, Visa and American express as top up options.

EC in Germany = Maestro in Europe/EU. (and also for the UK)
