BLOODSTOCK DAY TICKETS NOW ON SALE

For those of you who can’t make the entire weekend to the biggest Metal Party this summer - we are pleased to announce a limited number of day tickets will go on sale at 9.00am this morning.

The gates to Bloodstock’s main arena will open Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10am until 03.00am with over 35+ acts to choose from each day across the 4 stages and plenty of UK exclusives such as SLAYER, LAMB OF GOD, KING DIAMOND, AVANTASIA, SABATON, EXODUS, AMORPHIS, VOIVOD, ACCEPT and MUNICPAL WASTE.

If you’re able to tear yourself away from watching the bands then check out the international metal market with traders coming far and wide and pick up a bargain! Take in a little refreshment at the Bloodstock Arms, or head over to the Metal Hammer signing Tent to meet the bands face to face! Don’t leave it to chance as due to licence capacity day tickets are limited!

BLOODSTOCK FESTIVAL 2013 - THE KING DIAMOND CHALLENGE

To celebrate the legendary KING DIAMOND’s headline slot, there’s a special KING DIAMOND face-painting competition on Friday. We want to see a sea of King Diamond fans paint yourself up with your favourite KING DIAMOND make-up (any era you choose), if you want to try and win some Bloodstock goodies then head over to the Sophie stage and speak to the DJ team there to register your entry for the King Diamond Challenge. The overall winner, judged later that day, will receive some awesome Bloodstock goodies.

Also to add to the weekend’s fun, there’s an overall BLOODSTOCK weekend ‘fancy dress’ competition for those who love to dress up silly just because they can! Why do fancy dress for one day when we can do it for the whole weekend. Take a photo of yourself on site, dressed in whatever crazy outfit you reckon will win, upload it to the Bloodstock Facebook page to enter and you could win yourself some special Bloodstock prizes. We’ll be paying close attention so be as crazy and adventurous as you like
