In Estonia it's not allowed.

well, of course it is allowed - no problem in the street, train, subway and so on. But I´d be careful with buses - don´t walk into a bus with an open beer in your hand, bus drivers usually don´t like that! Better you don´t drink in a bus...

It´s not only allowed, it´s a MUST, if you don´t drink anything while walking on the streets, you get thrown to jail until someone brings you alcohol

And yesterday we were watching in open air cinema in wood movie Two towers and drinking and it got nasty cause I was so fucking drunk and commented that movie like hey "they are gonna blow each other",but the problem was I am usually talking very loud when I am drunk and most people heard that.They were lucky that I started to sleep about hour before Two towers finished so I shut up for a while
