Yeah close enough to itI think I'm doing pretty well so far. My Friday night "get fucked it's the weekend" binge was modified to marinated steak and salad for dinner, one scoop of ice-cream and one square of dark chocolate. I'm going out for dinner tomorrow night but if all goes to plan I won't order a gigantic meal then try to squeeze in dessert
I'm hoping for the best for this coming week...I'll see how I go
I guess I'd like to gain more than like 30g of muscle this coming week though

It takes a long time to build muscle and you can't do it while in a deficit. You can retain what you have for sure but to build NEW muscle you need a caloric surplus. That's why you see body builders doing bulk & cut cycles. They bulk to build the muscle and then cut to get rid of the fat that came with it.
