Oh yes, I remember working a month on switch in a nursing home years ago. This woman was clearly unhappy with how her relative was treated or whatever, but the fucking bitch kept cutting me off every time I tried to help her out. Yep, given an administration officer a mouthful and not giving a clear indication of what you actually want from her will SURELY fix everything
