Full! Had a good day though. My immediate family and my youngest cousin went out to lunch, then we all went to a relative's place in time for them to serve up dessert/coffee/tea, then I met up with a friend from Sydney in the city for drinks

I did let him go buy a beer for me. Before he headed to the bar he asked if I wanted anything, I said "surprise me"; a response he didn't particularly like 
But anyway he then asked if I wanted a beer and I said OK and I gave him some money for it. I only got 50c change back but the beer itself was really quite nice and one I hadn't heard of before - "James Squire One Fifty Lashes Pale Ale". His facebook occupation of "Professional drinking Instructor at Golden Ale Drinking Academy" isn't there for nothing
But anyway he then asked if I wanted a beer and I said OK and I gave him some money for it. Oh and while we were out, I bumped into a nurse I used to work with at another hospital and we had a quick catch-up. She commented that I had lost weight, and I said something like "really?" I'm the last person to notice these things!

I can only imagine the last time she saw me was after my very first trip to Europe. By the end of that trip, I couldn't even bend down to tie my shoes in my "fat" jeans

Nah this was at the end of my trip back in 2010. Before I left last year, I was able to squeeze into jeans the next size down from the ones I brought with me on holidays (they have a fairly wide waist), because I knew they wouldn't fit by the time I came home

Nah this was at the end of my trip back in 2010. Before I left last year, I was able to squeeze into jeans the next size down from the ones I brought with me on holidays, because I knew they wouldn't fit by the time I came home
