Not really, considering Quebecois is NOT French. It's "Buanderie" here, literally 'washing room'.

It might appear as well here. But since I do my laundry myself here... I don't really need one.

Édit Piaf dit, on utilise buanderie nous-même pour une salon à laver dans la maison. Alors... il est bien possible que cela s'applique aussi pour une "laundromat".

Studying for my accounting test tomorrow. Who says a smartphone screen is too small to do serious work? I wouldn't want to write an essay on this or anything, but this thing packs the power of a low end computer and the battery life of three smartphones and I intend to make use of it while I'm bored making money doing almost nothing.

I refuse to get those. The only people who ever GET the flu are people who have gotten shots

I haven't had influenza since I was a kid. Last year I did have a slight reaction to it but I was fine by the next day...and to be honest when something is offered free to me especially in a high-risk area like an acute hospital - hell yes I'll take it! A few years ago the hospital where I was working had a batch of Hepatitis B shots that were not far from expiring, so it was offered to everyone (I'm pretty sure nurses and doctors HAVE to have them) and I took it. I think they also gave the 2nd loading dose for free, but I had to get the 3rd one through my GP (just in time for my very first overseas trip ).
