Had some really strange dreams last night :o The last one - of what I remember, I was talking to Doro, then I was Doro and I thought to myself 'I'm sore because I'm "old" and I'm hungry.' Then my brain forced me to wake up at about 3am...feeling sore and really hungry :uff:

Wacken, 10 cities, 19 days. That sounds like avery thight scedual

It's not that bad. Most of it is just 'day trips' from Paris. We're going to see the D-day beaches at Normandy(Bayeux), the Canadian War Memorial at Vimmy Ridge (Arras), the Palace at Versailles, a couple things in Paris and then we go to Stuttgart for a couple days while we wait for the Metal Train to leave for Wacken. Then we camp! After Wacken we're going to get off in Koln, go see the Grand Palace and sleep. The next day we get back on the train and head to Aachen to see the cathedral (which is RIGHT there) then get back on the train and go to Brussels for the night and hopefully have a beer with Q ;) - that's 6 AUG if you're available. Next day we go to Brugge to see Flanders Fields and the totally awesome architecture of the city and sleep. Next day we go back to Brussels airport then fly home the next morning.

It's 10 cities but we really aren't exploring everything - just hitting the BIG things. I desperately wanted to see the cathedral at Aachen the last time we came but it wasn't close enough to our travel route to be able to do it. This time we will be going right by it so it would be a shame not to get off the train for a couple hours to at least take a few pictures of it!

That is very odd LOL

This weekend was 'supposed' to be a couples weekend with my boyfriend - the first weekend he has been off work , not on-call and we don't have his son since the start of December but then on Tuesday his boss decided that he has to fly to another event thus ruining our only weekend that we would have been alone for months :( we will have tonight and Saturday only.

Normally I shouldn't have a problem getting there. :)

Bah only 4.5 months until I leave and so far I have nothing properly organised between Wacken ending and going home :uff:

Couldn't you 3 take the same route to Brussels? At least we could arrange s.t. then.

I suppose it depends on what I decide to do with my time. If I don't go to Party San there is a chance I might be able to fit that in, but I'm also hoping to not have to spend too much time travelling around this time, and really trying my best to avoid flying at all between arriving in Hamburg and going home.
