Nope!

That is "Hollands" (Dutch from the western parts of NL), but I did say moin though. (or moien)

And since dialects are hard to write (spelling etc.) I'm not exactly sure if it is correct like that. We'll just have to wait until Mr AP is around. He's the "Hollander" here. :p

there's no real spelling for it actually.
I would write "mogguh".

ussually we just take the normal word and replace the "en" in the end with "uh"
so,
boy: jongen = jonguh
morning: morgen = morguh
potholes: kuilen - kuiluh

But it's mostly spoken like that, not written. because we consider it to be standardized dutch :p

an acception to the rule I guess is the way how people in the hague prononce cancer, that's: kanker = kanka(h)
and they use it as a swear word actually
