:)

If it weren't for Neti, I'd never known about this version.

I'm still trying to see if I can go to Hannover for their last concert ever! But the point is, I don't know if it'll be this year or next year!

Shame I missed them last year. I really wanted to check them out but I was so exhausted before the sun even went down...then that last storm :uff:

I know the feeling. Did the same in 2006. Except, we had a slightly better weather.

Good thing I saw them last year in Antwerp in the Sportpaleis. Great concert!!! :)

Some of my strongest memories of my time away was during the time that Scorpion was on stage. I was trying to hold down a gazebo, hold an umbrella and drink a beer at the same time while my camping buddies did pretty much the same thing while yelling profanities at the weather including but not limited to "ROCK YOU LIKE A HURRICANE...FICK DICH!" :ugly:

I don't believe it.

Well actually I do. They've finally put my (work) schedule change into the system. Except not only did they give me too many hours (25 - and the new schedule asks for a max of 16 (I predicted they'd give me more but I hoped for under 20) but three of those days they scheduled me outside my availability. Two of which are directly in conflict with my classes.

I want to quit. I really, really do. If I could without it potentially leading to me not being able to afford school next semester because I couldn't find a new job in time, I would.

I've dealt with this crap since October. I've been understanding. Yes, we're short on people. But they let every single one of the temps go after Christmas. They could have solved the problem just by letting them stay on. It's not a problem of finding people and it's not a problem of saving money - they could just as easily give my extra hours to the other person. I'm definitely getting enough of them. They wouldn't have had to do ANYTHING. That much I don't understand.

Even if I ignore the fact they're trying to make me work during class, I can't do 25 hours. I had to drop a class last semester because of this problem. And this is even more hours than then - and I have 5 classes vs 3. I can't afford to drop any more or I'll fall behind.

But like I said, I've dealt with this since October. But this is it. I'm done. I'll go talk to the manager that got me "fixed" for last week and see if I can't explain my frustrations without coming off the wrong way. With any luck I can make her see that if this isn't fixed, I'm gone. (Not that it's her fault in any way, but as I've only seen the store manager once or twice and never spoken to him, I'm not going that route)

I'm not asking for much here. I want 16-20hrs. I want off on the days I have class, and I want to not work past 8pm because I have to wake up at 6 for school. If they had a problem with that, why did they approve my schedule change? I could have saved us all some trouble and quit then.
