Glad you won't get it too badly. We were supposed to get part of the hurricane that hit the US but happily all we got was a little rain and some grey skies for a few days. Poor NY got flooded (and lots of other places also)

There was a fucktonne of lightening on the way to town and I did sort of shit myself a little driving in (I pretty much always do in the rain). There was some flash flooding in the CBD but other than that the drive home was pretty fantastic

It was nice to catch up with friends I hadn't seen in ages too. I absolutely did not expect some of them to be in town so that was really great
