The problem with most of these recipes is that they don't cook for long enough.. I am out of the house almost 10 hours or more and this stuff is cooked in 5. That won't work for me.
I couldn't do that... leave something on when I'm not home. Too scared of burning down the house.

That's one of the reasons I don't like to really either. Normally I'll do it when I'm home but I need food when I get home from work before the gym and I can't possibly cook anything in that time. Maybe I could re-heat something but that's about it. I will probably make something up on Sunday and put it in the fridge/ freezer for Monday and Wed night. - That might be best.
