I'm going to join a gym on Thursday. I want to try Zumba and they threw in the full gym membership for the same price as just the classes so I might start doing some other stuff too.

Zumba is mighty fun. Unfortunately I decided I should stop doing it for a while because my poor little knees can't cope with all the jumping around so I substituted that with other moves. At the end of the class, everyone (including the instructor) would be out of breath and I'd kind of managed to break a little sweat, so I wasn't getting much benefit out of it.

OO cool They have kickboxing where I am going to go too but I thought the zumba looked fun since I like to dance and the room has no widows so no one will be laughing at me when I try

The instructor at my gym pulls faces at people when they don't try
