It's a contest on Flemish TV where "BV"s (known Flemish) participate in a quez . I don't know if the format also exists on US TV. Could be, not sure.

To come back to "De Slimste Mens ter Wereld", the Wikipedia page is only available in 2 "languages" (ahum ) Dutch and "West-Vlaoms" (which is a dialect btw, but nonetheless)

So.. no English version of the format either.
