But it's true. The Quebec accent is sooo typical, even (European) French speaking people can't understand it completely, just because of its typical pronounciation.

Oh I totally agree with you. I live hear and I can barely understand them! My boyfriend jokes with me that I should 'learn French' but I tell him that what they speak here is NOT French. Even in Paris they switched to English when my boyfriend started talking to them
