And for comparison, a round trip Charleroi (Sud/Ouest) - Genk (more or less sme time) is €25,= (something like that)

I try to avoid that, but you get contaminated with what you're dealing with. (Waar je mee omgaat, wordt je mee besmet)

No because they have their 'monkey' script to follow and anyone who does not answer ALL the questions is relegated to help desk hell because the 'phone monkeys' are either incapable or highly discouraged from processing any original thoughts.

This is one of the main reasons I will never work in another call center again.

I'm glad we don't work with scripts or anything, here people really know what to do with things.

Nice! This would be one of the reasons I'd love a better phone but I just can't justify spending so much for the data plan that would allow me to surf.

Kan zo wel begrijpen dat je idd niet zo makkelijk ff naar Maastricht gaat. En weekendretours hebben geen nut, die geven geen korting, net als in België. (waar IEDEREEN 50% krijgt tijdens het weekend, ongeacht of je wel of geen kortingskaart hebt)

That's what I pay for data only. (500Mb as of yesterday, used to be 250Mb)

Still too expensive. But communication (telecommunication in particular) is very expensive in Belgium. One of the reasons I have 3 cell phone #.

Wow cheap...Here if you want something like that it's about 100$/month. I have unlimited text and some talk ( I never use it for calls) for 30$ but it's a 'dumb' phone so no cool apps or anything like that.
