My next adventure - after WOA of course - will hopefully be Italy. Considering I'm Italian it would be nice to go see it. My boyfriend wants to go to Pripiyat to go see Chernobyl but I'm not so comfortable going somewhere that I can't understand the language even a little bit. Russia would be nice too just for the history but again that would be a language issue. I also want to do the UK and Hawaii (for the volcano not the tropical weather).

We travel with 2 backpacks that we can use for 'carry on' (not the BIG ones) Basically enough room for 2 shirts, 1 extra pants + underthings & socks. Then we buy whatever we need when we get there if we have to and carry in an extra shoulder bag. We will see how good this will work at WoA since it will be our last stop after 3 weeks..I hope to find many laundry places because I will need to wash my clothes more!

I can't say I was fond of looking for laundromats when I arrived at any new place. I just googled "waschsalon" and the city where I was staying to figure out where to wash my clothes :p There's one which is a stone's throw from Hamburg HBF. I went in the day before and the day of WOA so that absolutely everything I brought was clean. Lucky...because only one outfit came back looking like that after the festival (yes it was the one I didn't wear).

just so you guys know, holly and chris are ok so far.

chris had a poweroutage of about 2 hours earlier in the night (it's still night in the us) holly didn't have any problems so far.


o and for the really old forumers, adam did survive the tsunami on hawaii this weekend.

just so you know :)
