Man by the time I get in here everyone is leaving or left!

At some point I might put them in my binder of important things along with all my other "pieces of Europe" (festival tickets, train passes etc). But for now I like having them with me.

That is an Awesome shot of bands! I don't think I have been to that many festivals in my life and most when I was younger but maybe WoA will start a new collection for me

I'm so used to sitting there and not saying anything my throat hurts from talking when I do handover. It sucks how everything makes perfect sense to me until I teach it to someone else and they fuck everything up while I'm gone.

This happens to me constantly. Even if I give them documentation with pictures and step by step instructions!

yup... same here. Only it doesn't really matter to me if she fucks it up as it will never be my problem anymore... (getting sacked)

You shouldn't even worry about doing a 'good' training after 2 years..man..I been there actually, and had to train my replacement too - but they told me he was going to be my 'assistant'..That was LOW.
