Schedule is fixed. 
For this week anyway (next week, not quite yet).
Though not in the way I expected. Apparently tomorrow I'm working 5hrs with a 1hr lunch in between. Pretty sure that's an error; we're not supposed to have lunch unless you're working more than 6hrs.
I asked for 22hrs max a week hoping that I wouldn't be working more than four days a week - since they usually schedule you for 4.5hrs at least. This week I'll be working five, though on the plus side, no 9hr shift. I'll take it.

So yesterday started out pretty excellent. Went to the hairdressers, went to my friend's place and shared that gluten-free butter cake (which turned out well ), then her husband drove us and another friend of theirs to the venue and the boys stayed home to look after the kids.

Great bands all night, got shouted plenty of booze. For some reason I didn't exactly feel the effects of the alcohol at first (usually even after one I can tell I have alcohol in my system). If anything I just felt excitable and disinhibited with regards to dancing like a total dag (others joined me so that was all good). Later I started to feel it a bit more.

At the end of the night I was going to get LORD's attention so I could get my friend's and my birthday presents from them but they looked busy, so I thought I'd quickly duck to the dunny and thought by then one of them might be free for 30 seconds.

At least an hour after that I woke up still sitting on the toilet and thought "oh fuck how long have I been sitting here? 
" It was after 2am at this point and all the bands had left. Then I really started to feel sick, so one of my besties chucked me in the back of a cab and we went back to his place.

Freakin' translink decided to change the bus timetables on me so it took 3 hours to get home

I also struck up a conversation with a ?homeless alcoholic woman who popped by the bus station to beg for money. I was feeling generous and since she was polite about it I gave her more than she asked for (let's face it, what's the point of giving a dollar when it won't even get you a pie anymore). She even asked if I was feeling ok since I was so hungover. I'd like to think I brightened up her day just a little bit
