That's awesome! always helps to like your managers :)

This is why she is 'so nice' because then she can complain to you if you say something about her. I find honestly that the people who go out of their way to be super extra nice are usually the laziest ones. I try to be nice but I don't go way overboard with it.

I guess it's good that my two "closest" managers are nice ones. Most of the others though, not so much. :(

Wouldn't surprise me if that's exactly why she's nice. I don't intend on saying anything about her, at least not anytime soon - I'm still comparatively new to the job so I don't want to look like I'm not able to cooperate with coworkers. Instead I'll make a valid point to comment on her lack of presense to managers when they're around (but obviously only when it's relevant to the conversation and situation so it's as subtle as possible). :D Done that a few times already.

Last time I think I got her good. A few days ago, it was time for me to go home (and we're supposed to leave right on time because they don't want to pay us for staying later) so I let my coworker know. She was busy in the photo lab and asked where everyone was. One coworker was on break, and the lazy coworker was nowhere to be found. Because someone has to stay on the floor at electronics at all times, I couldn't go home yet. So I paged for an announcement to get her back. A manager showed up (one I like) and asked why I paged, and I realized that the operator must have thought I asked for a manager rather than Amanda (the lazy coworker). So I apologized and explained that I was trying to go home and she had disappeared. He didn't seem thrilled. The phone was ringing at that point so I went to answer it and he went to help a customer. Turns out the call was for a manger so I called him back over here. While he was hanging up the phone, Amanda showed up. Pretty sure she got in trouble. :D

So yea, long story short, I probably won't complain about her to a manager, but I will take advantage of situations like that. :p

In other news though... it's Friday. :D Or Freitag. I like the German word better. Free day. :D

Which is relevant because I don't have work today. :D Some homework, but still.
