So I see the WOA 2013 shirts are for sale. That's not something I have seen before, normally you have to GO to the concert to buy shirts and things here. Do most people show up there with shirts already?

not every shirt will be sold out. but a lot of shirts.
mostly a few weeks after the fest you can buy them again.
