I was in Amsterdam last summer - I love the Dutch! but not so good for tours anymore. I haven't figured out how I can manage to learn Dutch and German so I can move there.

I do think we have the same presents in mind.

Never done the tours in A'dam. But then again I live pretty close so I don't really need them.
Good luck with learning dutch tho... I heard that it's the 3rd hardest language to learn in the world.

Not going to happen.. Possibly the best you will get from me is asking "Do you speak English" I mastered that in German quite quickly. I can also ask the same in about 5 other languages This is why I need a LOT of friends to help me at WOA.

They will try to speak german everywhere all the time but just say excuse me and most switch to english.

in some parts of amsterdam people will just talk english to you, even if you both know dutch... it's funny sometimes
