Well I was/am still tired today but my first day back was pretty good. It's nice to know so many people missed me while I was away I came back to find out after a couple of weeks my job was only partially covered so I hope all the doctors realise how good it is to have me around. Another positive is that a registrar who used to give me shitloads of work has been rotated back into this hospital so I anticipate an absolute flood for the rest of the year at least

I still really miss Germany though.
