I hate it when you're both tired and hungry, especially if you're already laying in bed. Then you have to decide if you're more hungry or more tired, because if you get out of bed to get food, it'll take longer to fall back asleep.

I'd actually put that just a step below actual conversation. Keeping track of the news and what's going on in the world is a pretty valid use of time (and also forum posts ) in my opinion.
