I'm getting better at it... have to. :rolleyes:

I guess I should be optimistic - at least it'll be my last 7-4 shift. :D On the schedule for the next 2 weeks at least, but probably the week after too since that Thursday I start school.

I think I just get my sleeping pattern even more messed up when I have to force myself to sleep early. Now I haven't been able to sleep enough after waking up early last weekend :(

Just do one thing per day and give yourself permission to relax other than that (when not working or doing mandatory things). That's how I avoid stressing about things I don't want to do, split things to several days and other than that I won't feel guilty about doing nothing :)

I don't really stress - at least not much lately. I feel a bit of guilt for not doing it when I can, but that's about it.

I'll admit, in comparison to how it could be, and is for a lot of people - things right now are going pretty well for me. Nowhere near perfect, but I'm pretty grateful for a bit of relative ease.

That sucks. :( My sleep pattern has been out of whack for years now. :D It actually works though - I just make it a point to get as much sleep as I can, and usually I do alright. Come to think of it, given my constantly changing hours (like, 7-4 one day, 6-12 the next) it's probably a good thing I'm used to sleeping at odd hours. :D

Somehow I have managed to get my bedtime to be something like 3-4 am and it's not good when sometimes I just have to get up early :D
